You'll join our Brand & Marketing team, partnering closely with writers, designers, creative directors, and cross-functional partners to craft copy that's clear, compelling, and unmistakably Docusign.This role is for someone who puts the customer at the center of everything. You write with empathy and understand that great copy isn't just creative, it drives results. You're also excited about the role AI plays in creative work, leveraging it as a natural extension of your craft.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Copywriter, Brand & Creative.ResponsibilityCollaborate with writers, designers, creative directors, and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated campaigns with copy and design that work seamlessly togetherWrite compelling copy across campaigns, taglines, social media, emails, ads, CTAs, and moreApply a customer-first approach to everything you do-centering the audience's needs, language, and contextPartner with other internal writers (web, technical, product, UI) to align messaging across touchpointsHelp evolve and steward the Docusign brand voice, showing up as a thoughtful partner for copy and tone across the organizationSupport continuous improvement of creative workflows and processesJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law.What you bringBasicBA/BS degree in Writing, English, Journalism, or equivalent work experience2+ years in a copywriting role, either agency or in-house creativePreferredExperience producing various types of media: brand, content, web, video, etcFamiliarity with AI writing toolsUnderstanding of creative workflows and experience producing various types of copyThe ability to look beyond what's working now and push for continual creativity and innovationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClear and effective communicationA customer-first mindset with strong empathy for the end userA growth mindset and genuine curiosity about how language drives business resultsWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $83,500.00 - $120,900.00 base salaryWashington: $79,100.00 - $108,550.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus
