Penn Machinery NOW HIRING Caterpillar (CAT) Equipment Sales Representative Bronx, NY Onu2011Target Earnings (OTE) for year 1-2: $85,000u2013$105,000 + + Up to $55,000 base salary (based on relevant experience) + Uncapped commission potential + Guaranteed pre-paid commission during ramp period + Typically, $30,000u2013$50,000 annually during the first 1u20132 years in addition to base pay + Long-term income growth tied directly to territory performance H.O. Penn through the market segment. + Utilize all of the sales tools to assist in closing business, including but not limited to, probing questions, deal sheets, financial merchandising, Extended Protection Plan options, negotiating skills, and product knowledge + Maintain and communicate an awareness of the state of the industries served as well as all competitive activity within the sales territory. Contribute to the achievement of the overall corporate goals through the profitable sale, rental, or leasing of Caterpillar equipment, or any other H.O.
