Physiciansmaintainownership and clinical control of their medical entity whileMedCBOprovides non-clinical administrative and operational support.MedCBOprovides non-clinical services, including:Revenue cycle management, coding, and payer contracting supportEHR, technology platform, telehealth, and clinical workflow systemsCredentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordinationAccounting, financial reporting, and practice financial infrastructureHR administration, staffing workflows, and compliance supportSupply chain and vendor coordinationPhysiciansretainfull clinical authority, decision-making, and ownership of the medical practice.
