Our innovative spirit leads directly to meaningful outcomes and business success.To operate a variety of different machines used in the department such as fruit cup, box filler, tub fillers and coding equipment and any potential future machinery.Primary Accountabilities:Operate machines (ex: fruit cup, box filler, tub fillers and coding equipment and any potential future machinery)Stack and form cases to relieve crew members occasionallyCheck labels, tubs, lids and cases against daily ordersMust maintain high quality and production standardsMake running adjustments and repairs and constantly check on equipmentChange codesKeep machine and area cleanEnsure proper weights and properly fill out weight sheetsMonitor proper seals and/or secure closures on the different containersand ensure proper label applicationFollow company policiesFollow safety proceduresFollow food safety programsOther duties that are reasonably associated with the above essential functions of the jobWill work in Production (Bracket IX or X depending on employment status) according to seniority number, at that pay rate, when not scheduled in specialty jobLimited supervision of Product Handlers handling finished product produced by the different machinery.Experience, Knowledge, & Skills You Bring:Familiar with food processing equipment and operation a plus.Mechanical experience desired.Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and overtime as assigned.Reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.What You’ll Need to Succeed:Passionate about a purpose driven careerPassionate about collaborating respectfully in diverse and inclusive team environmentsProactively seeks feedback and continuously improves work qualityConsistently adheres to ethical standards and maintains transparencyActively contributes to achieving collective team goalsEducation & Certification:High School Diploma or Equivalent PreferredPhysical Requirements:Must be able to climb stairsMust be able to lift 50 poundsRequires climbing, standing, stooping, twisting, lifting, and other physical movements to perform jobOccasional handling of heavy drumsWork Environment:Industrial plant environment with related noise and temperatures.
