Description We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis efforts for our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver insightful financial models, provide clear analysis, and support decision-making processes. Based in San Leandro, California, you will play a key role in driving corporate financial planning initiatives and ensuring the companyu2019s financial health. Responsibilities: u2022 Own the companyu2019s financial planning cadence and timelines u2022 Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategy cycles u2022 Manage financial submissions to the parent organization u2022 Oversee and enhance financial planning systems and tools u2022 Build and maintain long-term financial models u2022 Align volume forecasts across Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams u2022 Roll out and maintain SAPu2011integrated planning software u2022 Train finance teams and budget owners on planning tools and processes Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in finance, accounting, or similar field u2022 5+ years of relevant professional experience u2022 Background in CPG or Retail preferred; consulting or banking a plus u2022 Solid grasp of P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow u2022 Hands-on experience with SAP or comparable ERP and BI tools u2022 Strong financial modeling and decision-support skills u2022 Proven strength in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning u2022 Clear, effective communicator Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
