Position Overview Responsible for providing service and technical support to our customers regarding technical issues or general inquires related to Sonosite ultrasound equipment. We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of u201cgiving our world more smiles.u201d Visit: Job Description Essential Job Functions: + Receive and respond to incoming e-mails and telephone calls + Provide friendly, highly professional, customer focused technical support + Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer service-related inquiries + Provide technical solutions to customer equipment issues and maintain high customer satisfaction expectations. + Field questions relating to the installation and operation of systems and accessories. + Coordinate the replacement, return and repair of customer owned equipment. + Ensures service reported incidents are properly documented to support continuous improvement of product quality and customer feedback opportunities. + Troubleshoot and isolate hardware/software faults and provide root cause analysis of failures as required + Work cross-functionally to provide feedback to product development and engineering groups on product serviceability issues. + Able to multi-task in a fast-paced support environment Knowledge and Experience: + Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Customer Support or Technical Services role. + Background in medical devices or general healthcare related support fields is beneficial but not required. + Associateu2019s degree or Certification providing proven knowledge of networking, computing, and hardware-software components preferred + High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) required. + Good knowledge of Microsoft office suites + Excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills Skills and Abilities: + Excellent technical, organizational & client relation skills + Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision + Ability to work both independently and in team environment + Excellent customer service skills - includes both verbal and written skills + Able to lift 25lbs Salary and Benefits: + Starting wage is $28.00/hr. + Insurance: + Medical, Dental & Vision + Life & Company paid Disability + Retirement Plan (401k): + 4% automatic Company contribution + Fujifilm matches 50 cents for every dollar you contribute, up to 6% of your salary + Paid Time Off: + You can accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in your first year of employment + PTO increases based on years of service + Employee Choice Holidays: + 32 hours additional paid time off, based on date of hire in the calendar year + Paid Holidays: + Eight (8) paid holidays per year FUJIFILM Sonosite offers a fantastic compensation package, including benefits, and a 401k program.
