Sales Territory Manager u2013 Electrical Motors (Northeast USA) Location: Remote (Must be based in PA, NJ, OH, or MI) Company: Kelly Services Salary: $95,000 + 15% Sales Bonus + 5% Regional Bonus Apply: Overview Kelly Services is seeking a driven and technically inclined Sales Territory Manager to oversee and grow a multi-state Northeast territory. This role is responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business, and delivering technical solutions to customers within the electrical motors and industrial space. This is a remote, field-based role requiring frequent travel across a 15-state region. Territory Coverage MI, OH, WV, MD, DC, DE, CT, RI, VT, ME, NY, NJ, PA, NH Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue and market share within the assigned territory + Manage and expand existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities + Achieve revenue targets, sales quotas, and margin goals + Conduct technical evaluations, collect customer data, and support solution development + Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics to support customer needs + Respond to RFQs, pricing requests, and customer inquiries in a timely manner + Track and manage sales pipeline, leads, and opportunities + Travel extensively within the territory for client meetings, site visits, and industry events + Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including customer service, engineering, and operations + Support and coordinate activities with independent sales representatives as needed Qualifications + 5+ years of technical outside sales experience (electrical, motors, or industrial products preferred) + Experience working with OEMs is a plus + Strong understanding of technical products and ability to support customer solutions + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) + Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment + Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and problem-solving mindset Additional Details + Remote role with home base in PA, NJ, OH, or MI + Frequent travel required throughout the Northeast region + Competitive compensation with bonus structure Interviews are happening NOW u2013 send resume to As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
