Job Title: Pharmacist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled pharmacist to accurately process and dispense prescription medications while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards. The ideal candidate will provide expert pharmaceutical care and patient counseling, maintain confidential patient information, and collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve medication-related issues. Responsibilities + Accurately process and dispense prescription medications in compliance with legal and safety standards. + Provide expert pharmaceutical care and patient counseling to ensure optimal medication use and outcomes. + Maintain and safeguard confidential patient information and controlled substance records. + Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve medication-related issues. + Utilize multiple pharmacy systems and reference tools to support clinical decisions and workflow efficiency. Essential Skills + Pharmacy expertise + Active pharmacist license in Kentucky (all licenses must be in good standing) Additional Skills & Qualifications + PharmD or RPh degree Work Environment 1st shift: Saturday - Tuesday They will let people work a flexible schedule if they can incorporate Saturday and Sunday into their schedule. HAVE to try and work both days at least. Either 4x10s or 5x8 day schedule. The work environment includes a casual dress code, allowing you to be comfortable while making a difference.
