Job Description Responsibilities: u2022u2003Build multimodal pipelines integrating vision, audio, radar, text, and other signals for high accuracy AI experiences. u2022u2003Optimize and deploy models for constrained hardware, including performance benchmarking. u2022u2003Partner with cloud, mobile, QA, product, UX, and hardware teams to deliver scalable AI features. u2022u2003Act as a technical mentor and system owner, shaping strategy, reviews, and roadmap priorities. u2022u2003Create tools and frameworks for model evaluation, A/B testing, and automated performance monitoring across cloud and edge. Day to Day: One of Insight Globalu2019s clients is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their team. This individual will be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced AI features. They will build and refine multimodal pipelines that combine vision, audio, radar, text, and other sensor inputs to deliver highly accurate, real time experiences. Much of their time is spent optimizing and deploying AI models on constrained embedded hardware, benchmarking performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between cloud and edge systems. They work closely with cloud, mobile, QA, product, UX, and hardware teams to bring AI powered capabilities from concept to production. This individual will serve as a technical mentor and system owner, guiding architectural decisions, participating in reviews, and help shape long term strategy and roadmap priorities. They will also develop tools and frameworks that support model evaluation, A/B testing, and automated monitoring across cloud and edge environments, ensuring that deployed systems remain reliable, efficient, and continuously improving.
