Description We are looking for an experienced Power BI Analyst to join our team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in business intelligence tools to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that data is accurately analyzed and presented to drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities: u2022 Administer and manage the Power BI platform, including back-end functionality and system optimization. u2022 Extract, review, and analyze data to identify trends and provide meaningful insights. u2022 Present findings to stakeholders through clear and effective communication. u2022 Act as a liaison between IT, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration. u2022 Design and test reports to ensure accuracy and reliability. u2022 Set up and manage workspaces within Power BI to facilitate efficient data utilization. Requirements u2022 Proven experience with Power BI and its administrative functions. u2022 Proficiency in DAX technologies and Microsoft SQL Server. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret complex data. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation abilities. u2022 Experience in collaborating with business operations, finance, and IT teams. u2022 Familiarity with business intelligence tools and methodologies. u2022 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
