Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is seeking a Dietary Aide to support meal preparation, kitchen sanitation, and daily food service for our frail and elderly participants. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment while working as part of a collaborative care team. Key Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, serving, and meal setup Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, equipment, and dining areas Follow all dietary, safety, and infectionu2011control procedures Restock supplies and assist with inventory Prepare snacks and supplements as directed Provide excellent customer service to participants and visitors Support quality improvement efforts and attend required training + Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1u20132 years of food prep experience (healthcare preferred) + CNA Certification preferred Experience working with frail or elderly adults (or willingness to train) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
