Together with our thousands of market-leading customers globally - including 95% of the FORTUNE 100 - we are empowering next-generation digital experiences.PositionTitle: Marketing Field ManagerLocation: West CoastRiverbed is seeking Field Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness across the Western Americas region.What you will doIn this role, you will partner closely with Sales, ABM, Product Marketing, and Partner teams to execute regional marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue for Riverbed Technology solutions.You will be responsible for developing and executing regionally tailored marketing strategies, including events, partner programs, account-based marketing (ABM), and localized demand generation campaigns.This role requires a highly collaborative marketer who understands how to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities, regional market dynamics, and pipeline goals.What makes you an ideal candidateThis role is for someone earlier in their career 3-5 year experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute the regional marketing plan for Western AMER, aligned with GEO revenue targets.Execute programs that drive opportunities in key growth markets, strategic accounts, and industry segments in the region.Partner with regional sales leadership to prioritize campaigns that support pipeline and revenue goals.Pipeline GenerationPlan and execute pipeline-generating programs, including events, executive roundtables, webinars, and industry conferences.Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting high-value accounts.Collaborate with ABM and Campaigns teams to localize campaigns for regional audiences.Events & Field ProgramsManage regional trade shows, field events, partner events, webinars, workshops and customer roundtables.Oversee event planning from concept through execution and post-event follow-up.There may be requirements to drive executions of Pan-GEO events and webinarsWork with sales teams to ensure effective lead capture, follow-up, and opportunity creation.Partner with Brand, Product Marketing and broader comms teams to create and execute programs to amplify the brand in the region.Sales AlignmentAct as the primary marketing partner for the regional sales leader.Enable sales teams with campaign messaging, event support, and account engagement strategies.Ensure marketing programs support sales pipeline acceleration and deal progression.Represent Marketing at all regional QBRs, reviews and regular cadence calls.Build and establish strong cross functional relationships with sales and technical leaders, all sellers and SE's in the region.Partner MarketingWork with channel and alliance teams to execute joint marketing initiatives with partners.Support co-marketing campaigns, partner events, and j
