Job Description Dayu2011tou2011Day Responsibilities Lead multiple IT and Cybersecurity programs from initiation through delivery Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and ensure clear communication across crossu2011functional teams Apply a handsu2011on, strategic approach to ensure initiatives align with business priorities and delivery frameworks Ensure programs follow established governance, controls, and delivery standards Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans across concurrent initiatives Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain program and project plans, including goals, objectives, roadmaps, and crossu2011dependent workstreams Drive consistency and alignment across Cybersecurity, Technology, and Business Units Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, and deliver releases on time Track and report progress against key milestones, metrics, and KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability Develop and maintain total cost of delivery and total cost of ownership (TCO) reporting Facilitate and lead meetings, driving productive, detailed discussions and stakeholder alignment Own and continuously improve key performance metrics including productivity, budget variance, schedule variance, ROI, and overall business investment Partner closely with Finance and Procurement to support business cases, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor strategy execution Pay: 70/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
