Reporting to the Department Supervisor, a Scheduling Keyer is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment, this is the role for you. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in materials. What You Will Do: + Receive, stage, issue, and deliver materials within the facility to support production schedules and customer orders. + Accurately enter inventory transactions into ERP/MRP systems or scanning devices to maintain inventory accuracy. + Perform cycle counts, assist with physical invenotries, and reconcile discrepancies, reporting issues to supervisors. + Maintain accurate inventory and material movement documentation, supporting quality assurance and root cause analysis. + Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel to resolve issues and improve processes. + Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime when needed, cross-training in other areas, and adapting to new technologies or processes. + What You Need to Succeed: + High School Diploma or GED required. + Min. Yrs.
