Position OverviewWe are looking for a Working Superintendent to support and oversee day-to-day construction activities from start to finish. This hands-on position involves working directly alongside field crews to ensure onsite operations are safe, efficient, and aligned with project goals.Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with onsite crews and provide guidance to maintain steady production.- Manage daily field operations to keep projects on schedule, stepping into field work when necessary.- Track project timelines and budgets to ensure effective use of labor, equipment, and materials.- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support seamless project execution.- Perform routine site walkthroughs to assess progress and verify adherence to safety protocols.- Use construction management tools to document activities and monitor project performance.Qualifications- Demonstrated experience as a superintendent or in a comparable leadership role within construction.- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.- Proficiency in budgeting, cost tracking, and estimating.- Experience with project management platforms is a plus.- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
