JOB SUMMARY A fast-growing, data-driven software company serving full-service restaurants seeks an experienced HR Manager. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Culture Studies, Communication, or a closely related field and has at least two years of years of professional experience in human resources at a multi-state, culturally diverse company in the POS, hospitality, or related service industry[AO1] . The HR Manager will work with senior management to develop and maintain HR systems and policies; ensure compliance with employment laws; oversee compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training; support U.S. employment-based immigration processes; contribute to DEI efforts; and coordinate HR programs across multiple locations to support workforce engagement and company goals. Proven ability to analyze workforce supply, demand, and gaps, and to use this data to inform recommendations. Hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, including conducting market research and trend analysis. Direct involvement in employee relations activities, including supporting the termination process and reviewing associated legal documents. Experience supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and contributing to an inclusive company culture. Proven track record of coordinating HR programs and policies across multiple branch offices, including talent mobility. Foundational experience identifying organizational talent and skill gaps to support performance and training program development. JOB DUTIES Manage the development and implementation of HR programs and strategies under senior leadership to align with long-term business objectives. Design, implement, and oversee the performance management system, including setting KPIs, managing evaluations, and facilitating feedback to support employee development. Oversee the analysis of HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends related to engagement, retention, and productivity, and prepare data-driven recommendations for management. Manage and support employment-based immigration processes by coordinating documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working with external counsel as needed. Manage the development and delivery of employee training and professional development programs to address organizational skill gaps and support career progression. Administer, review, and optimize compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness, cost effectiveness, and compliance with applicable laws. Support the organizations DEI initiatives by implementing programs, coordinating activities, and monitoring progress.
