You'll play a key role in helping aspiring models and actors take their first step into the industry.Who We're Looking For:-Outgoing personality with strong communication skills-Customer-service driven mindset-Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with new people-Previous phone or customer service experience preferred-Organized, positive, and goal-oriented-Basic technology skillsKey Responsibilities:-Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance-Follow scripts with enthusiasm, energy, and authenticity-Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email-Make outbound calls to meet daily and monthly goals-Confidently handle and overcome objections-Build strong relationships with clients and prospectsSchedule Options:-Option 1: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-7:00 PM (25 hours/week)-Option 2: 3 days/week (your choice, Monday-Friday), 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (15 hours/week)-This is a 100% in-office positionWhat We Offer:-Competitive hourly pay: $15-$16/hour (based on experience)-Paid training-Clear bonus structure with earning potential for exceeding goalsWe're looking for someone energetic, motivated, and passionate-someone who truly wants to enjoy what they do while making an impact.
