What Youu2019ll Do As a Fiberglass Finisher, youu2019ll play a vital role in the final look and feel of our iconic vessels by: + Performing fiberglass and gel coat repairs to achieve a highu2011quality finish + Sanding and buffing surfaces efficientlyu2014no burnu2011through, just perfection + Identifying gel coat defects such as cracks, thin gel, or surface distortion + Mixing gel coat and resins for repairs and spotu2011spraying with precision + Fairing in parts and repairing scratches, voids, fish eyes, halos, and more + Learning new processes and crossu2011training within the Lamination team + Following detailed work instructions and using professional finishing tools Whether youu2019re early in your finishing career or a seasoned expert, thereu2019s room to grow here. What You Bring + Experience with fiberglass, gel coat, paint repair, or auto body repair (preferred) + Familiarity with sanders, buffers, and spray equipment + Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Dependable attendance and a commitment to safety + Excellent vision and the physical ability to perform handsu2011on finishing work + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Technical training or certification is a plusu2014but passion for craftsmanship matters most.
