This is a hands-on role focused on low-volume, precision component production for custom automation systems and specialty equipment.Responsibilities:u2022 Operate 5HP Bridgeport-style manual mills and manual lathes.u2022 Machine low-volume, precision components from aluminum, alloy steel, and stainless steel.u2022 Read blueprints and work directly from sketches/designs to hold tight tolerances.u2022 Select appropriate tooling, indicate parts, and verify work-holding using NMBT tooling systems.u2022 Perform first-piece and in-process inspectionsu2022 Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
