Paid relocation is not available for this position. Own and execute integrated marketing programs for assigned practices, aligning campaign strategy to pipeline growth objectives and Firm priorities. Support the Firms corporate brand and marketing strategy by championing its adoption in the sector / practice e.g., global thought-leadership themes and assets, brand guidelines and assets. Partner with the Marketing Director to set campaign strategy and design end-to-end integrated programs that expand the practice franchise through proactive outreach and audience engagement, lead nurturing, and follow up. Plan and execute high-impact events (small dinners, webinars, roundtables, hospitality programs), including associated tasks (audience targeting, invitation coordination, venue booking, vendor liaison, post-event follow-up, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and measurable ROI. Manage campaign budgets within assigned scope, tracking performance metrics and optimizing resource allocation to maximize impact. Manage awards submission processes for publications such as, but not limited to, Lexology, Global Investigations Review, Global Arbitration Review, Chambers and others. Develop and refine campaign messaging pillars, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives. Act as a point of contact for shared marketing services and external vendors where appropriate to ensure execution.
