Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Hazlehurst, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations by providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our organization. Responsibilities: u2022 Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktop hardware, software, and networking systems. u2022 Manage and maintain Active Directory user accounts, group policies, and security permissions. u2022 Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. u2022 Perform hardware repairs and upgrades to ensure optimal functionality. u2022 Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems. u2022 Deliver clear and effective communication to end-users, assisting them with technical challenges. u2022 Conduct system updates and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures. u2022 Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and organizational standards. u2022 Monitor and address performance issues across desktop systems. u2022 Support the deployment of new technologies and systems within the organization. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. u2022 Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role. u2022 Strong expertise in Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office applications. u2022 Familiarity with Active Directory management and administration. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. u2022 Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. u2022 Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
