Description The Project Assistant will provide critical support to our Warehouse Manager during a high-volume inventory project. This is a hands-on, physical role requiring a strong attention to detail and efficiency. The Project Assistant will ensure accurate inventory counts and uphold quality standards while assisting with all stages of product handling. Key Responsibilities: + Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory operations during project duration. + De-palletize and re-palletize products to facilitate inventory counts and quality control checks. + Accurately count products and record inventory data. + Perform quality assurance checks as directed. + Safely lift and move materials/products as required. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the process. + Support other warehouse operations (e.g., staging products, labeling, consolidating items) to ensure project goals are met. + Communicate any discrepancies or product issues to the Warehouse Manager promptly. + Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the warehouse. Top 3 Must-Haves (Hard Skills): + Previous warehouse or distribution center experience. + Comfortable with lifting, carrying, and moving up to 50 lbs regularly. + Proven experience with inventory counts and strong attention to detail in counting and tracking items.
