Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and maintain document control systems to ensure compliance and organization. u2022 Oversee the scanning and digitization of paper documents for streamlined access. u2022 Review and verify the accuracy of scanned documents before storage. u2022 Compile and organize documentation to support operational processes. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient document workflows. u2022 Identify and implement improvements in document management practices. u2022 Ensure secure storage and retrieval of sensitive information. u2022 Provide regular updates on document control activities to leadership. u2022 Train team members on best practices for document scanning and control. u2022 Handle records retention in accordance with company policies and industry standards. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in document control and management within a detail-oriented environment. u2022 Proficiency in document scanning and digitization processes. u2022 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. u2022 Ability to compile and manage large volumes of documentation efficiently. u2022 Familiarity with secure storage and retrieval systems for sensitive documents. u2022 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members. u2022 Knowledge of industry standards for records retention and document handling. u2022 Experience within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
