Position Details u2013 Cytotechnologist Float Location: St. Josephu2019s Hospital u2013 Tampa, FL Facility: BayCare Health System u2013 Cytology Services Status: Full Time, Non-Exempt Shift: 7:30 AM u2013 4:00 PM (may vary based on operational needs) Schedule: Flexible; occasional weekends required Float Requirement: Must be willing to travel and float between BayCare facilities as needed Position Summary The Cytotechnologist u2013 Float provides high-quality cytology services with a primary home base at St. Josephu2019s Hospital in Tampa , while floating to other BayCare facilities as needed. This role requires schedule flexibility , reliable transportation , and adaptability to multiple laboratory environments while maintaining BayCareu2019s standards of excellence and patient-centered care.
