Description Large regional full-service firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join their team in Bellevue, WA. You will work closely with partners in the Bellevue office and the full Trusts & Estates group of the firm's multiple offices. Key Responsibilities Include: + Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives + Preparing asset summaries and organizing financial data + Coordinating document execution and managing signing logistics + Drafting and recording deeds for real estate transfers into trusts + Preparing trust funding documents and beneficiary designations + Managing all aspects of probate, probate litigation, and trust administration from inception to conclusion + Preparing estate and gift tax returns + Drafting probate pleadings, correspondence, and estate administration documents Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $105,000. Benefits include medical and vision coverage; HSA plan; 401(k) with eligibility after one month and discretionary profit sharing; life and short-term disability insurance; supplemental coverage; 3+ weeks of paid time off; 10 paid holidays.
