HEREu2019S A TASTE OF WHAT YOUu2019LL BE DOING + Packing with Care u2013 Prepare our finished products in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures. You will take particular care in high-quality packing of finished goods. We want to see your passion for precision and vision for success + Operating Machinery u2013 Work with computer-controlled equipment or mechanically-based machines. Your talent for all things technical will ensure they are set up properly, working well and producing quality products. + Managing Machine Performance u2013 Ensure machines remain stocked and working at full capacity. As a meticulous worker, you will take care to keep them well-maintained as you perform periodic checks while inspecting our products and packaging. + Following Best Practices u2013 Adhere to good manufacturing practices as you prepare equipment for production. You will use all the right safety precautions as you support our efforts to create better mornings and better breakfasts for our consumers. + Cleaning is Key - Cleaning in designated areas throughout the plant such as the roof, packing, processing, warehouse, and sanitation area. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS + Completed or soon to graduate with a High School Diploma or GED and possess an acceptance letter from a college or university _OR_ currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution will be attending in the Fall of 2026.
