CNC Machinist I & II Location: Boise, ID Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour Shifts: Day: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Swing: Monday - Friday | 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Position Summary We are seeking a driven, hands-on CNC Machinist I & II to support precision manufacturing operations. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machinery, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining tight tolerances in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate various CNC machine tools Ensure all parts meet blueprint specifications using proper measuring tools Work within tight tolerances and quality standards Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and job instructions Load and properly indicate parts to fixtures Monitor tool wear and replace tools and inserts as needed Perform routine machine maintenance Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Experience operating CNC milling and/or lathe machines required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring equipment Basic computer skills (email, document access, printing, navigation) Strong communication skills and work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Willingness to work overtime as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 lbs safely Ability to use lifting assistance equipment as needed Benefits: Preventative medical benefits for you and your family Employee assistance programs available Injury medical options available for you and your family Atlas Staffing is a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.
