Performs advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Independently assigns, oversees, coordinates, and evaluates work in a complex, fast paced environment.Schedule:This is a full-time, on-site position based in White River Junction, VT. Regularly scheduled hours for this position are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with occasional evening availability required for the attendance of board meetings.The Executive Assistant:Provide hands-on support to enable the CEO to effectively lead the organization and meet key deliverables.Manage complex scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination for internal and external stakeholders.Prepare and organize correspondence, agendas, presentations, and executive materials.Serve as a key liaison and “gateway” to the CEO, communicating on their behalf with board members, donors, and others; as a representative of the CEO and the agency, conducts oneself in a polite and professional manner.Exercise strong judgment, leadership, and relationship-building to support organizational success.Independently manage multiple priorities, special projects, and follow-ups on critical issues.Oversee Board operations, including meeting logistics, minutes, compliance, and maintaining board portals.Ensure operational efficiency and compliance by standardizing procedures, tracking deadlines, and improving workflows.We would love to meet you and tell you more about this engaging and fulfilling part of our healthcare delivery system.
