The Business Generation Consultant (BGC) team brings a unique entry-level, inside sales opportunity to the AmTrust sales organization. This position requires an individual who is team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with internal staff as well as our outside agents/brokers. Candidates must be outgoing, results-driven, and enjoy cultivating new relationships over the phone. Identify quoted and incomplete submission opportunitiesFollow up on those quoted and incomplete submissionsCross-Sell other product lines, i.e. BOP, Auto, General Liability, Garage, CPPTrack and record Follow Up/Cross Sell activitiesWork with agencies/brokers to identify new business opportunitiesHighly self-motivated and competitiveTeam-orientedOpen to development and coachingStrong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agents/coworkersStrong organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsBachelor’s degree preferredThe salary range for this role is $23 to $28.75 an hour. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics.
