If you aspire to be the best, and work with the best, this is where you belong.The Well-Being Senior Manager - Project Management, Programming, & Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Well-Being & Benefits team.This role will be responsible for using their experience and understanding of both the legal and well-being industries to contribute to the overall strategies, goals, and objectives of the department, and to represent the well-being program at senior levels. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence, with a minimum of three (3) days a week in-office. Key responsibilities include:Overseeing multi-pronged global initiatives (both long-term and short-term) around ergonomics, physical activity, and other health programmingManaging complex projects end-to-end, from initial strategy through implementation and post-program analysis, including issue-spotting and developing relevant internal processes and proceduresWriting and editing a wide variety of written communications Developing engagement and promotion strategies for both attorneys and professional services staff around their health and well-beingManaging and developing teams, including direct reports as well as hundreds of volunteer team leaders and ergonomics specialistsManaging external vendorsDeveloping and customizing (in conjunction with relevant experts) health-related programming and trainingsDelivering stand-up presentations and trainings Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retainsWe’d love to hear from you if you:Possess excellent leadership skills (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) necessary for effective managementDemonstrate professional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels Exhibit advanced comfort and skills with public speaking and written communicationsAnd have:A bachelor’s degree or equivalent; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience may be considered Experience in the legal or corporate well-being fieldsSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
