You will serve as a key partner to property management, tenants, and vendors-helping delivera high-quality experience while supporting operational and financial goals.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across multiple systems, and taking ownership of building performance.You’llplay a critical role in preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, and emergency response, while contributing to a well-maintained and responsive property environment.Theanticipatedannual base salary range for this position is $72,000 - $98,000.
