Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts payable queues with precision, utilizing Epicore Eclipse to ensure smooth workflow. u2022 Process a high volume of invoices weekly, maintaining accuracy and adhering to deadlines. u2022 Perform complex data entry tasks, ensuring proper coding and compliance with company standards. u2022 Use Microsoft Excel to analyze and reconcile accounts payable transactions effectively. u2022 Communicate with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. u2022 Assist in month-end closing procedures and provide support during audits. u2022 Collaborate with various teams to allocate expenses appropriately and efficiently. u2022 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of accounts payable operations. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Epicore Eclipse and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Demonstrated experience processing large volumes of invoices with a high degree of accuracy. u2022 Strong data entry skills, particularly in handling complex tasks. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines. u2022 Effective communication skills for vendor interactions and teamwork. u2022 Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices. u2022 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. u2022 Problem-solving skills with the capability to troubleshoot independently.
