Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Suwanee, Georgia. In this role, you will play a vital part in handling medical record documentation and assisting with orientation processes for students. Your organizational skills and ability to manage electronic medical records will be key to maintaining efficient office workflows. Responsibilities: u2022 Input and manage accurate data into electronic medical records systems. u2022 Assist with student orientation processes, ensuring all required documentation is properly tracked and uploaded. u2022 Organize and archive a high volume of medical records for future accessibility. u2022 Coordinate and maintain records to meet compliance standards. u2022 Perform general office tasks to support day-to-day operations. u2022 Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry projects. u2022 Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes. u2022 Verify the accuracy of entered data and correct any errors promptly. u2022 Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. u2022 Familiarity with electronic medical record systems. u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management. u2022 Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. u2022 Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. u2022 Capacity to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
