Description Position Overview The Assistant Property Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining property value. This individual will be responsible for coordinating maintenance efforts, handling tenant inquiries, managing lease agreements, and ensuring all property operations comply with local regulations and organizational standards. This is an excellent role for a proactive detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a passion for property management and customer service. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Act as the main point of contact for tenants and address inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. u00b7 Coordinate maintenance and repair work orders with vendors and contractors; monitor completion and quality control. u00b7 Handle lease agreements, including drafting, reviewing, renewing, and ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms. u00b7 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant agreements, maintenance schedules, and other administrative documents. u00b7 Stay informed about local landlord-tenant laws, safety regulations, and property management best practices. Requirements Qualifications u00b7 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. u00b7 Strong verbal and written communication skills. u00b7 Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). u00b7 Ability to problem-solve and handle tenant issues with professionalism and efficiency. u00b7 Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and property management regulations. u00b7 Experience managing multiple properties or units simultaneously.
