Job Title

Responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all procurement activities, including developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of ingredients, equipment, and packaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational, quality, and compliance requirements while optimizing the supply chain for high-volume corporate and institutional food operations. Support the company in overcoming global supply chain issues through innovative use of vendor relationships and experience, while negotiating with manufacturers, vendors, and distributors for optimal product pricing. Develop project plans to transform the department into a profit center through detailed product analysis and strategic vendor partnerships. Perform product testing, compliance, and quality control, while ensuring end-to-end supply commitments are met based on forecasts and sales orders. Develop and maintain master data for raw materials and packaging, generate supplier delivery schedules.
