In this role, you will handle a high volume of accounts payable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and payments. Responsibilities: u2022 Process a high volume of accounts payable invoices with precision and efficiency. u2022 Ensure all invoices are accurately coded and matched to appropriate accounts. u2022 Conduct regular check runs to process payments in a timely manner. u2022 Collaborate with team members to manage payables for residential, commercial, and retail properties. u2022 Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. u2022 Assist in reconciling accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. u2022 Address vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. u2022 Support the team by identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. u2022 Adhere to company policies and procedures related to financial operations. Requirements u2022 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in processing invoices and managing check runs. u2022 Ability to code invoices accurately and efficiently.
