This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to teamwork. + Cycle Countingu00a0 + Inventory Reconciliation + Data Entry and Reportingu00a0 + Process Improvementu00a0 + Communication and Collaborationu00a0 Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience: + Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred + Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack + Able to stand and work for long periods of time (8+ hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs and move loaded pallets + Strong attention to detail + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment. + Warehouse Management System Experience, Basic Math Skills, and Computer Skills + Data Entry and Reporting and Process Improvement Personal characteristics: + Friendly:u00a0 Your team needs to trust and feel empowered by you.
