Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the office while supporting key processes such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance tasks. The role is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, with flexible start times, offering a pay rate of $24-$28 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. u2022 Assist with mortgage banking re-certifications, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. u2022 Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping and accessibility. u2022 Monitor and track deadlines, ensuring timely submission of required documents and compliance-related tasks. u2022 Support daily administrative operations to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment. u2022 Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing attentive and courteous assistance. u2022 Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. u2022 Provide receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a detail-oriented office setting. u2022 Strong skills in data entry and organization, with the ability to maintain accurate records. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with employees and external parties. u2022 Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service. u2022 Familiarity with compliance requirements and documentation processes. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. u2022 Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software tools.
