For the same reason, current Behavioral Health patients/clients cannot be employed by HOPES. Psychiatrists conduct biopsychosocial assessments, make diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and conduct medication management. They consult with other behavioral health providers, medical providers, support staff, and paraprofessionals to support HOPES' whole-person, integrated approach to patient care.
