DescriptionThe Telecom Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing tailored value propositions for Telco customer journey modernization leveraging GenerativeAI, Agentic AI, 1P/3P contact center solutions and GSI/ISV partners. The role is expected to deliver business outcome driven propositions along with solutions for customer in personalization, contact center modernization and substantial improvement in engagement with customers.
