MASSAGE THERAPISTThe Massage Therapist’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Performing 25, 50,80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massagesin a professional and comfortable settingAnalyzing client current needs and creating a programmatic treatment planEnsuring that the room is cleaned after each treatment and at the end of each shiftRemain compliant with all state regulatory boards in regard to intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notesESTHETICIANThe Estheticians’ job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Analyze, consult and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable settingResponsible for directing all efforts toward member satisfactionQualificationsThe successful candidate must have the following attributes:Must possess a valid CT Massage Therapy license or certificationMust possess a valid Esthetician license1-2 years of experience is preferredMust have specific training in facial and body waxingMust be willing to develop a practice within our corporation while developing their own skills and knowledgeMust be available on a full-time basis (part-time opportunities may also be available)Evening and weekend availability a mustCross-trained in multiple services including Stone massage, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy and Reflexology highly preferredExcellent communication skillsPositive energyDynamic group building personalityComputer literacyAdditional InformationAS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:We offer competitive salary, benefits and industry leading commission opportunities for club employeesComplimentary Club membershipDiscounts on all Equinox products and services including Personal Training, Private Pilates, Spa and Café’ services and Shop itemsNOTE: This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
