The Women’s Imaging Center is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist / Front Desk Clerk to join our growing team. This role serves as a key ambassador of the practice, delivering a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered experience at every interaction—both in person and over the phone.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional patient care service. This individual is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, including patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of front desk operations.Although this position is primarily based in Cherry Creek, applicants must be willing to travel to other locations (Lakewood, Westminster, and Highlands Ranch) as needed.Greet and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassionManage patient check-in and check-out processes using the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemAccurately collect, verify, and update patient demographics and insurance informationVerify insurance eligibility and ensure patients are scheduled appropriately within network guidelinesSelect correct insurance package and ensure in-network statusCard on file and Co-pay collection, in accordance with billing policiesSchedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments and follow-up visitsAnswer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries, scheduling, and general supportPrepare patient charts and ensure all required documentation is complete prior to appointments and refile chartsEscort patients to clinical areas and provide basic exam preparation instructionsMaintain strict confidentiality and protect patient health information at all times following HIPAA guidelinesFollow all practice policies, procedures, and billing guidelinesAnd other assigned dutiesMinimum 1+ year of medical office or healthcare experience requiredPrior Imaging center experience preferredPrevious patient care experience requiredProficiency with Electronic Health Record systems (Athena, Epic, MyChart, or similar) preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to multitaskDependable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workdayAssociate’s degree (preferred) or a certification from an accredited Medical Assistant or healthcare-related program will be consideredWhy Together Women’s Health (TWH)?Because we do things a bit differently here.
