You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This position also supports equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.What We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive employee benefitsPaid vacationKey ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance & TroubleshootingMaintain and repair electrical components such as motors, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, encoders, and control systemsDiagnose and resolve issues within high-speed can manufacturing equipmentWork with 380VAC and 24VDC systems, including servo drives, VFDs, and electro-mechanical controlsSafety & ComplianceFollow OSHA, NEC, and company safety standardsPerform arc flash assessments and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) proceduresMaintain accurate maintenance logs and inspection recordsTeam Collaboration & ImprovementPartner with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to resolve equipment issuesIdentify opportunities to improve system reliability and reduce downtimeSupport installation and commissioning of new equipmentAssist with tracking and managing electrical spare parts inventoryQualificationsExperience3-5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (high-speed manufacturing or packaging preferred)Hands-on experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo systemsFamiliarity with industrial communication networks such as Profibus or Profinet is a plusTechnical SkillsStrong troubleshooting ability with motor controls, drives, and industrial sensorsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logicWorking knowledge of instrumentation (pressure, level, temperature)Soft SkillsDetail-oriented problem solverTeam-focused with strong collaboration skillsEffective communicator with the ability to document and report findingsPreferred CredentialsLicensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master)OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or equivalent safety certificationsEducationDiploma or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related fieldApprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training preferredCan-One USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
