Description: You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager (Level 4) for the program team. Our team is responsible for lineu2011ofu2011balance tracking, loading demand in ERP systems, and mitigating schedule risks. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Associate Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for driving efforts from award to closure. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Maintain lineu2011ofu2011balance schedules to ensure program milestones are met. + Load and manage demand data in ERP systems to support production planning. + Identify and mitigate schedule risks through proactive analysis and corrective actions. + Coordinate with crossu2011functional teams to align resources and resolve planning conflicts. Basic Qualifications: u00b7 Bachelor's degree from accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. u00b7 Experience with SAP u00b7 Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets. u00b7 Related experience in MRP and ERP systems. u00b7 Demonstrated ability to manage functional leaders in creating, monitoring and reporting on all executive operations metrics. u00b7 Ability to obtain a security clearance; an interim Secret clearance is required prior to starting. Desired Skills: u00b7 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) extensive user experience or implementation. u00b7 Experience supporting MMAS (Material Management and Accounting System). u00b7 Knowledge of industry wide best practices and processes for managing material flow throughout the entire Production supply chain. u00b7 Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus u00b7 Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification. u00b7 Experience working Program proposals to establish labor budgets. u00b7 Previous experience successfully creating, leading, and sustaining a data driven culture. u00b7 Proven ability to build and lead cross functional teams to maximize output. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
