Military Occupational Specialty Code: 92S, 92Y, LS, DC Responsibilities u2022 Clean and maintain buildings/facilities u2022 Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures u2022 Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems u2022 Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. u2022 Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities u2022 Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment u2022 Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks u2022 Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees u2022 Wash and replace blinds u2022 Gather and empty trash u2022 Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks u2022 Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas u2022 Service, clean, and supply restrooms Qualifications Required: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available u2022 Must have at least 1 year of previous experience as a Floor Tech. u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred: u2022 Customer service experience u2022 1 year of similar work experience REQNUMBER: 149009ABM is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer qualified applicants without regard race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran or any other protected factor under federal, state, or local law.
