Job Description Role Purpose Support the development of an automated steel fabrication factory by converting an existing reactor building design into modular, manufacturable components and defining the factory processes required to fabricate and assemble them. The focus is manufacturability, modularization, and factory process design. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Break down a large, monolithic CAD model into modular components suitable for factory fabrication u2022u2003Translate designs between AutoCAD (civil/architectural) and SolidWorks (manufacturing/engineering) u2022u2003Define fabrication and assembly processes for large steel structures u2022u2003Support factory layout decisions, including material flow, module handling and flipping, fixturing strategies, and tolerance/distortion management u2022u2003Collaborate with controls, automation, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are executable in a factory environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
