You'll partner with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and will play a vital role in supporting the infrastructure of data centers. Key Responsibilities: + Lead projects from inception to completion, facilitating planning sessions and establishing performance goals. + Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track progress against objectives. + Resolve project issues, monitor status, and communicate updates to stakeholders. + Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and drive performance excellence. + Manage project risk and identify solutions using quality tools. + Document and share learnings with other teams to enhance project outcomes. + Maintain project notes, databases, and records; provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders. + Assign appropriate resources, guide and coach team members through all stages of the project. + Oversee construction-related tasks and ensure alignment with project goals and standards. What Weu2019re Looking For: + Experience in heavy commercial or industrial construction projectsu2014power generation, data centers, manufacturing, or similar highly preferred. + Proven ability to handle dynamic, ever-changing job site environments and adapt to shifting priorities. + Exceptional communication skillsu2014clear, organized, approachable, and professional. + Strong customer-facing experience: comfortable representing our company and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. + Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with composure. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at project planning and alignment. + Construction project management experience, especially in power generation or related industries. + Bacheloru2019s degree preferred, though relevant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Proficiency in software ( Ex: Excel, Smartsheets, Procore or other project management tools.) + Ability to coordinate meetings, track invoices, and mitigate project risks.
