What Weu2019re Looking For: + Experience in heavy commercial or industrial construction projectsu2014power generation, data centers, manufacturing, or similar highly preferred. + Proven ability to handle dynamic, ever-changing job site environments and adapt to shifting priorities. + Exceptional communication skillsu2014clear, organized, approachable, and professional. + Strong customer-facing experience: comfortable representing our company and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. + Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with composure. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at project planning and alignment. + Construction project management experience, especially in power generation or related industries. + Bacheloru2019s degree preferred, though relevant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Proficiency in software ( Ex: Excel, Smartsheets, Procore or other project management tools.) + Ability to coordinate meetings, track invoices, and mitigate project risks.
