This role involves working with precision RF components in a highly technical, hands-on environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $18 - $24/ hour (depending on experience) Location: El Cajon, CA Key Responsibilities Perform detailed electronic assembly using a 10X microscope Soldering (iron and hotplate reflow) Cleaning, coil winding, shield/strap cutting Electronics tuning and testing Epoxy staking/potting Seam welding and leak testing Additional precision assembly tasks as needed Why Join Us?
