Job Description u2022 Provide highu2011level business support to the EVP, exercising discretion, independent judgment, and confidentiality in all matters. u2022 Prioritize incoming information and requests, act as liaison to internal and external stakeholders, and prepare presentations, agendas, and boardu2011related materials. u2022 Own the EVPu2019s calendar and email endu2011tou2011endu2014prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, preparing briefing materials, and ensuring timely attention to urgent communications. u2022 Lead meeting preparation and logistics, including agenda design, materials compilation, preu2011reads, technology needs, attendee coordination, and actionu2011item tracking. u2022 Conduct research, summarize findings, and support special projects and strategic initiatives. u2022 Provide administrative and operational support to the EVPu2019s direct reports (e.g., expenses, scheduling, reporting, light project coordination). u2022 Contribute as part of the Administration team, providing backup support for other Cu2011suite executives as assigned by the AVP, Executive Administrator. u2022 Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow consistency, quality, and efficiency. Perform other duties and projects as needed in support of executive operations.
