Your role and responsibilities As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM Talent, you will lead the implementation of business processes within various modules. Your expertise in business processes and systems will enable you to design, configure, and customize the product to meet client needs.Your primary responsibilities will include:u2022 Lead Implementation Efforts: Lead the implementation of business processes within Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment & Learn modules, ensuring seamless integration and effective process efficiencies.u2022 Design and Configure Solutions: Apply expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product, creating functional designs and prototypes to meet client requirements.u2022 Conduct Application Testing: Conduct thorough application testing to ensure the product meets client needs and identify areas for improvement.u2022 Educate Clients: Educate clients on Oracle HCM best practices, identifying opportunities for additional services and providing engagement managers with status reports to keep them informed of the project's overall progress.u2022 Share Product Skills: Participate in training and other events to share product skills with fellow practitioners, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.This job can be performed from anywhere in the US. Required technical and professional expertise u2022 Business Process Implementation Experience: Experience with implementing business processes within cloud-based HCM systems, specifically in modules such as Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, and Learn.u2022 System Configuration and Design Expertise: Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing packaged solutions, including creating functional designs and prototypes to meet client requirements.u2022 Application Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with conducting thorough application testing to ensure products meet client needs and identifying areas for improvement.u2022 Oracle HCM Best Practices Knowledge: Experience with Oracle HCM best practices, including identifying opportunities for additional services and providing engagement managers with status reports.u2022 Product Skill Sharing and Collaboration: Experience participating in training and other events to share product skills with fellow practitioners, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
